Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and process a full refund.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item according to our return policy below.
